Giddiness.

Last 1 month I got giddiness . doctor recommended to take MRI scan. Scan report say brain normal but cervical spine screening shows posterior disc asteophytic complex at c3 /c4 and c4-c5 levels causing anterior thecal sac indentation. Pls recommend which doctor to be consulted whether ortho or neuro.

This is MRI report. Focal dorsal left lateral disc extrusion causing ipsilateral foramen narrowing and transversing nerve root indentation at c5-c6 level Diffuse dorsal disc bulge causing thecal sac indentation at c6-7 level. Mild posterolateral marginal endplate osteophytes in c5-6&c6-7 levels.

He got peralasis in 2013 February admitted in medicity as due to high BP left leg hand got peralasis discharged after medical treatment ( 21 days ).
