Pain in neck to head
My father aged at 60 is diabetic for 15 yrs.he feels pain in nerves in whole bodyparts for 3 years approximately,but he is facing problem of pain in neck to head and shoulders for two days. Whom should we consult? Pls guide us .

Hello, Peripheral neuropathy is the most common form of diabetic neuropathy. feet and legs are often affected first, followed by hands and arms. Signs and symptoms of peripheral neuropathy are often worse at night. This could be one of the possibilities since he has diabetes from15 years . Physical examination is required . Consult general physician or neurologist.
