History of hypertension n diabetes from last 6yrs.. Recently experienced high bp 215/98 blurred speech n loss of appetite with weakness.. Medication for HTN n DM os on & off. MRI shows acute infarcts in basal ganglia. Chronic lacunar infarcts, ischemic demylinating changes in bilateral periventricular whitr matter region. Cerebral atrophy.. What should be the course of treatment n how fatal this condition could be..

Having constant headaches, near eyes. Got my eyesight checked few days back and am wearing proper glasses. It is happening very often these days.

First delivery in 2000 at the 17 years and second delivery 2006 at the age 23 for second delivery i had a neuro stroke that affected my right hand slightly to right leg.But now i am perfectly all right .Now i want to conceive what are things to take care and can I conceive do i face any problem at the time of delivery.Please help because my both babies expired.

In the right back side of my head I have mild pin point pain. Some time it is moving in right back side.when I have some movement in throat then I feel it. Priviosly I was suffering from post nasal infection. Some time it disappears and after a few minutes it come back.
