Brain and Spine Problems

Hi My hands are trembling a lot these days. I don't drink coffee and I don't drink anything with caffeine in it. What to do to stop my hands from trembling

Hello sir/madam. This is kedar tambe here from Mazgaon mumbai 10. My dad had undergone a spine surgery and after that he was walking in hospital premises for 2 to 4 days. And after that he is not be able to walk or stand properly. Dr. Nikhil arbatti had done spine operation( spine surgeon ). He had put screw in lower back and in upper back he had decompress some thing. So now from 9 months he is not getting to walk or stand properly. So i hope that some neurologist doctor help me asap. And guide me what to do further. There is tightness in both the legs of my dad & there is lot of pain in both the legs. So help me asap.

I wish to form a habit of falling asleep early and waking up early. But how much ever I try, falling asleep before 2am or 3am is impossible. I just keep rolling on the bed. I kind of have formed a habit of sleeping late since a long time. How do I fall sleep early at the time when I actually want to sleep.

I am having the lower back pain from the last 3-4 months. I cannot bend myself immediately as the pain gets worse and cant lift anything. If i stand continuously for 10-15 mins there is a tingling of pain in the low back. Also, When i walk(keep my foot forward), the pain starts to increase a little. Please suggest what to do.

I have tingling sesation in palm, sometimes neck, sole .from past 1 month.along with this I feel stressed.and also from 3 months I doesn't have enough sleep b coz of some family issue. If I do deep breath and meditation I feel my tingling comes down.consulted nurologist he prescribed gabantin forte for 21 days.and did some test and said no problem.some times I get numbness in palm during night. If I move within 1 minute it goes.started gebantin yesterday.pls tell is my problem b coz of anxiety?

If have pain and numbness in left leg dice couple of months.Please suggest me which test can give me the root cause of this problem I did thyroid and auger tests both are normal X-ray also normal

Hi My mother problem is night time getting pain left hand from shoulder to hand knee and back nerves are getting pain we went 4 or 5 hospitals still no cure and they are giving 6 to 7 medicines after taking medicine she is very dull nothing able to do work .. pls help me

I frequently get numbness/ pulling sensation under the 2nd toe finger of my right leg(2nd from the smallest toe finger), though I do regular free exercise. Little oil message gives some relief, but again when moving the toe I feel that numbness sensation

I have experiencing numbness in my left palm since a week..though am able to do my works normally but the different feel with my hand is disturbing..how do I resolve and whom do I consult.. kindly help

My father is a retd Deputy Secretary social welfare department. He is fine all day time, but after 7 pm he is forgetting names, places, areas and if any one is telling him some thing he could not understand what any one wants to say. some times if he is going any where to bank or market suddenly he could not recognise where should i go where is my home. please suggest me which doctor i should contact and any other details. thank you.
