Tingling, numbness,
I have numbness in come during one position in entire body, feeling head is heavy . I do have back pain and neck pain which occurs some time , I can not stand for long duration with my backpack. It creates lower back pain

Check your Vitamin B 12 and D3 levels. Check your blood sugar CBC and your BP. Visit a physician with the results and he will prescribe appropriate medications for you.
