Brain and Spine Problems

Already undergone treatment in Apollo hospital Hyderabad...want to have a second opinion regarding this

I was being centralized by ppl as i am not working and supporting my husband.my emotional quotient is high n that of monitory is nil almost.how to overcome n asses ppl according to money?

My dad had 3 month back Spine injury at T5 to T8 decompression now paraplegic and having lot of pain in back and burning feelings below knee..so like to know what best can I do ..in medicine and whether its common in all spine injury patient..and how to teach him intermittent catheterization still on full silicone catheter...place where he can learn..pls help me we are in very worse situation...

After working in a benzaldehyde related chemical company for two years, now I feel that my concentration and memorizing power is not that good, as I am in Mechanical research field, I need really good concentration and memory. What should I do?

Does choline 500mg supplement improve memory and concentration? Are there any side effects? Is it true that overuse of ibuprofen and anti histamines cause short term memory loss?

Since the past few days I am feeling some kind of weakness in my knees. Sometimes when I am walking or when I am seated, I feel a bit dizzy and feel like as if I will fall down. Like, i don't feel any strength in my legs. This happens quite a few times everyday. After a short nap when I start to walk this usually happens. While walking , occasionally I feel as if I am not landing my foot properly and strongly on the ground. Also, I have pain in my both my thighs very close to my knees. Please suggest the treatment I should take.

From last 4 days i am having headache in the back side of head. Earlier it was very minimal, but today i m continuesly having headache. I m unable to concentrate on work. Please suggested what to do.

I met with an accident and then i went to the doctor. He advice for an xray but there is nothing shown up in xray. I had sever pain he write some medicine 10 days and bed rest for 1 month. After 10 days he saw me again there is little improvement . He repeat the medicine for the whole month and after a month i am able to walk. He reduce medicine and advice 1 month rest more. After that i get pretty well with little pain. He advice 15 days rest. After that i get well. When i submit these documents in my company as a medical prove their doctor said MRI is compulsory for such long period of pain. My question is my doctor treated me well or MRI was necessary despite of getting well time to time ?
