Brain and Spine Problems

I have anxiety problem last year but by medicine its ok.from few month i feel shaky type and get nervous and sweating in forehead. i feel abnormal from inside sometime and after that i become normal.i get tired easily. Sometime dizziness feel.i want to know what is this and how it cure plz help.

Doc, i am facing this problem from last 1/1.5 year. even after sleeping my mind never go to rest mode. whole night my mind never shuts down and think random thoughts. due to which i wake up mentally exhausted. It is effecting my life . please help

The patient is suffering from primary progressive multiple sclerosis. It was diagnosed around 2007. Symptoms and current condition- Patient has difficulty in walking and uses aids like walker, minimal impact on cognitive abilities, is also suffering from 'fits' which are kept as bay by taking levereticetam tablets (verocet 250mg once a day) - if the tablet is discontinued even for a day or two - fit occurs. Taking verocet further worsens the symptoms of MS - to give an example ; last year around June the patient was taking 500mg x 2 tablets of verocet everyday, due to this he wasn't able to walk at all, couldn't sit for a long period of time, at times of physical exertion vision also became weak, minimal bladder control and high spasticity in muscles. Therefore we reduced the dose of Verocet and the condition has dramatically improved although MS symptoms are still very much there with lesser intensity. I suffer from muscle spams ( not frequent anymore ) dizziness , headache near to temple and back of head and sensation on my face sometimes in right side sometimes in left , and also occasional facial pain and nausea . My brain plain MRI and MRV both done in February end was perfectly normal however I continue to have these symptoms , in last five months I didn't have one day called perfectly normal . At least one of these symptoms will be there . I have taken meganeuron od plus and calciferol weekly for eight weeks ( vit d was - 14 , B 12 was 214 ) and also had amitone 10 mg for one and half month .have had almost hour panic attacks in last five months the last one three weeks back . Sometimes there is pain or sensation in right and left arm too . Do I have something serious , my doc who is very renowned has ruled out anything serious but my day to day normal life is heavily impacted . Need some guidance

Month 1- one pointed pain on chest left side for more than 2 weeks consulted physician gave ibuprofen and pain stopped again it returned after 2 weeks doctor said it's anxiety. 3rd time consultation along with shoulder pain did ECG Dr said it's anxiety. Month 2 - pain in leg joints along with shoulder back of neck went through master health check up at Apollo results anxiety. Probably continued to 3rd month along with some time numbness burning sensation in leg. Went to neurologist looking without diagnosis he said it's anxiety. For my confirmation asked for Brain and spinal MRI all were normal. Due to pain under went physiotherapy for week due to busy life could not complete it. Now problems are little reduced but I will wake up early morning around 4.30. Then again I will get sleep around 7AM. Pain in left shoulder blade, shoulder joint and hand creates problem. Pain is in both side but comparatively more towards left. Physiotherapy said it's CFS-Fibromyology. Does men get fibro?
