Brain and Spine Problems

I met with an accident and then i went to the doctor. He advice for an xray but there is nothing shown up in xray. I had sever pain he write some medicine 10 days and bed rest for 1 month. After 10 days he saw me again there is little improvement . He repeat the medicine for the whole month and after a month i am able to walk. He reduce medicine and advice 1 month rest more. After that i get pretty well with little pain. He advice 15 days rest. After that i get well. When i submit these documents in my company as a medical prove their doctor said MRI is compulsory for such long period of pain. My question is my doctor treated me well or MRI was necessary despite of getting well time to time ?

Three days ago (Saturday noon) I slipped in the bathroom and hit my head on a tiled wall before falling down. This resulted in swelling on left back side of my head (about 4 inches diagonally back from top of the left ear). There was swelling at the spot and headache for a while but no other symptom at that time. Right now, three days later, the spot still hurts when touched but swelling is mostly gone. My question is do I need to get it checked for internal injury or basis above it seems fine?

I FEEL HEAVY AND ACHE ON RIGHT SIDE OF MY HEAD, GOT EYE CHECK UP AND THEY TOLD ME ABOUT USING ANTI GLARES, NO POWER IN EYES.

Is surgery (endoscopy disectomy )needed for Diffuse anular disc bulge seen at l4and l5 level causing indentation over thecal sac with bilateral recess narrowing and significant nerve decompression.is endoscopic disectomy results in permanent cure

Dear doctor, My granny 's left arm is twitch ing since three weeks. Earlier we thot its because of da heat bt now its worsened .. she is diagosed with high diabetes of 445 and cholesterol . Please advice.

I had stroke on Apr 2015 left side, I could walk & I think my foot is drop I can't walk normal has everyone walk, I can lift hand but there is no strength in wrist, elbow & shoulder I do 1 hour gym daily, there is lack of mobility in fingers as well lack of balance in both leg & hand. Pl help me

There has been a recent psychotic problem with my grandfather who has been giving statements which do not relate to each other.I suppose there has been a problem with the neuro.Please suggest for necessary steps.
