Nerve pain in head
I am getting some nerve pain in left and backside of skull while sleeping.
If i want to turn my head while sleeping i need to keep my head in that position for sometime until the pain relieves.
Pain will be there for few minutes only, after that it relieves.

Hi there...there are different types of headache like migraine, tension type, cluster headache, due to sinusitis, visual disturbance. Headache associated with visual disturbance, nausea, vomiting. There are many triggering factors like strong smells, bright light, emotional stress, insomnia. keep account of the triggering factors and try to avoid them. When you get a headache go into a dark room and rest. You can also consult a general physician or neurologist for further evaluation.
