As per MRI Report 1) Left paracentral disc protusion with annular L4-5 level causing narrowing of left lateral recess. 2) Posterocentral disc protusion with annular tear L5-S1 level. Feel swear pain in lower back goes to upward, and pain in left leg upside down.

Hi, My dad (age: 65) is suffering from severe back pain and is unable to walk more then 10-15 steps. When checked with the neurosurgeon doctors they had informed that it is because of spondylosis (due to which the nerves are not getting the space) and a lumbar surgery is mandatory. As my dad is diabetic and overweight it would be a risky surgery. Im looking for nonsurgical options for my dad to get this treated and got your details on website, just wanted to check with you if could help us in this.

Heloo doctor,am 25 year old, i have been suffering from panic disorder from last 4 month, suddenly i feel am getting art attack and start observing my breathing its make me more panic and suddenly i feel my breathing will stop and chest also start getting pain both sides, and convert the mind other side i feel good, when i feel this i go to nearest hospital they do all check ups report says everything good,also i consulted psychiatrist MBBS DPM but find no result please suggest me what to do.

Hi. Its been more than 3 months I am having minor pain in head and also in neck area below both ears. Pain also occurs in throat and jawline on every alternate day. Region for head pain is not fixed. Sometimes it's on back side above neck and sometimes on left side of my head. The pain mostly starts every evening. Is that something serious or its an indication of some disease. Pls suggest. Dear Doctor, Iam male 32 yrs went for comprehensive test for my knowledge and detected vit B12 level 1892 pg/ml. From last 7 years am using mithylcobalmin 1500mcg + pyridoxin+ folic acid combination for high homosistelin levels 15.55. Kindly suggest why my vit B 12 level . Shall i continue the tab r any problems are there with high vit B 12 levels. Apart from vit b12 level every thing good in reports. Thanking you in advance.

I wanna treatment of migraine sever at day time with mainly frontal aside I have taken painkiller but not more respons

I am 27 yr old, I have migraine since 2008. It gets worse when I m under any stress, either physical or mental. Recently I have been experiencing my bed shaking or vibrating when I lie down and close my eyes. Sometime it wakes me up from bed as if I will fall. It's like there a minor earthquake. Sometimes it's less, sometimes it's more Is it related to my migraine. It's more on days when I have headache. Also, I get terrible headache two days prior to my menses. It stays till I have the periods. It almost makes me unable to do anything. Whole if my head, jaw ear throbs. Kindly help. I had taken propranolol for quite a long. Now I take only PCM when I get attack . I have been diagnosed with diabetes 6 months back with hba1c 7.3. taking metformin. What could be the reason for spinning and also help e about the pain during menses

My kid is now 2+ years age and she beats her head with hands more frequently very hard on temple location of head. She is keeping squint eyes these days frequently. I'm getting fear about brain nerves. To whom I can consult. I have checked with eye specialist for squint but for head and beating habit to whom I can consult.
