Brain and Spine Problems

From d past 3 days (sometimes I do have migrain mild) I have problem of headache it feels heavy like if I walk with every step my nerves r tensed,it feels like someone is banging from one side.i drink lots of water but I am on low calorie diet for weight lose n I don't sleep more thn 3 hours a day due to stress.i am doing exercise also.wen I sleep everything is fine but after evening it started like a mild migrain.I hv also had CT scan which came normal in Sep 2015

I am feeling a pain in my left side brain plz suggest me a good medicine.before some time ago I take a medicine but not take any result.i have attached prescription of medicine

I am suffering occasional headache, on an average 3-4 times a month, that starts from right side of my neck and then grows to backside of my head, mostly on the right. It usually starts in the afternoon or evening and grows in intensity and the night progress and becomes unbearable before sleep time. It occurs on any day of the week, I mean whether I be at the office, working, or home, just relaxing, or somewhere outside. Two Disprin tablets helps in reducing to some extent so that I can sleep. Next morning either it vanishes or leaves a dizziness that lasts till noon or so. Again it reoccurs after 7-10 days. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Hello Dr, I have a concern one of my family members have been facing the problem of depression since school time and at that time the person had to take medication. Since then he has frequent mood swings from too much of excitement to ample depression that I had to council him for days to recover then when he is normal he is just too good at times but then at times too aggressive and angry. Also he fears from taking challenges in life and unknowingly he had been bullied and dominated in childhood in relatives and social circles. His personal life and family life is suffering and also his career. I find the symptoms similar to Bipolar disorder but I know when we talk about mental health then there are situations where there are similarity between two common diseases as their symptoms are similar but the treatment is surely not for eg- Autism and ADHD. I am 24 and I was working for a year, I just came back home to prepare for my masters. I am stressed all the time, like alot. I have started having body tremors since a week now. My heart beats really fast and I feel the shake all the time. I quit smoking a month back. Please help. I am constantly shaking, the shakes are more of an internal thing than on the outside.

Hi Sir, my father (68) suffered brain strokes twice in 2006 and 2014 resulting in multiple clots on the left side of the brain. Is surgery recommended to heal him. He was admitted in NIMS in 2006 and Sri Sri Holistic hospital in 2014. He is under regular medication but his condition is getting worse day by day. Please suggest.

I feel dizzy while riding bike and in traffic. One side headache from around 3 years. Body imbalance sometimes.

Pain is little on the back side of the head in normal times and it is very severe when i am studying(for CA exams). MRI, CT SCANS are done but no problem was found on those reports.
