Brain and Spine Problems

Sir I'm having problem of migraine from last 20-25 years and I have consulted many doctor's but still it's not over... I take a medicine prescribed by Dr. BS Singhal named Topamac 25mg but now it doesn't work to me.. So please give me response what to do as soon as possible...

My father sprained his neck when he dived into swimming pool and his head hit the floor. Now he has pain in the spine just below the neck and on the right shoulder. He is able to move, but have constant pain. Now it is close to a month. Please suggest should I visit a orthopedic or a Rheumatologist.

Hi I am Tuhin from Kolkata. I have been suffering from weakening of left upper limb with very limited movement of the thumb since Jan 2012(4 years now). My left hand is quite thin as compared to right hand. Sometimes i feel strong pain in my weak left hand and back. However there are no symptoms in my lower limbs and right hand with little bit of muscle twitching in my right hand. Early diagnosis showed that it is Hirayama and doctors suggested me cervical collar therapy. Recent diagnosis showed that the disease has reached its non-progressive state. Doctors from kolkata have kept me under supervision and told me to follow up after every 6 months. My question is - Is there any treatment possible for this disease so that i can get back to normal ? Any surgery that can improve muscle strength? Please help. Your suggestions are much appreciated.

ONCE IN FORTNIGHT, SOME SYMPTOM OF BLOOD CIRCULATION OR SOME THING IS GOING IN BRAIN BOTH IN SLEEP MOOD AND AWAKEN ALSO. WHILE DOING WORK OR TALKING OR SITTING IDLE, SOME THING IS HAPPENING IN BRAIN AND RIGHT SIDE PART INCLUDING HANDS WILL GET GOOSE BUMPS . EEG / MRI ETC ., NO NEGATIVE POINTS IN REPORTS. SOME BODY TELLS IT IS DUE TO NECK PROBLEM; SOME BODY TELLS IT IS DUE T O SEIZURES; ETC., BUT, NO CONFIRMATION FROM ANY ONE WHAT TYPE OF MEDICINES TO BE USED. WHAT IS THE NAME OF THE PROBLEM. BUT, NO PAIN. BUT, DUE TO THIS HE IS BECOMING DULL.

I am suffering few months headache& mood disorder headache means not normal headache when wll come headache come that time i am very fearful and wll come negative thoughts i am consulted doctors step by step but not cure i am mri scanned mri normal my scalp is sometims burnig sensation now skin become dry i am very sad mood head ache only back & up every time mood disorder i dont no what i do next step pls i expecting good answer

Weakness whole day daily and severe headache sometimes (twice a week) only left top back corner of head. If sleep is 1hour lesser than regular then weakness and headache punishes.

I started feeling dizziness and lightheadedness 3-4 weeks ago. I visited doctors twice. They gave me general vertigo medicines like vertigil and vertidoc but this is not cured. I feel there is something else. I noticed that this happened after I cleaned my ears deep. Perhaps I damaged the inner ear. But I am not sure about it. There may be anxiety or the vision problem. Please help me.

I have been suffering severe headache from past month with blurry vision. It had occurred thrice and I feel pounding sensation in my head during the stroke. Last time I felt terrible pain on left side of my head, left eye and left for head. I took migraine meds and it subsided. Also lately I feel hissing sound in my ear . I checked it with ent and he said it is because of the vacuum channel being created on the inside of ear. Can someone please suggest which doctor should I go to? I am living in Hyderabad.

I get severe headaches almost everyday near the right eye. It feels as if my mind will blow up. I have to take pain killers as even sleeping doesn't help.
