Brain and Spine Problems

Been suffering from low back pain since few weeks. X-ray suggests mild spondylitis at cervical and lumbar region with subtle endplate osteophytes in both regions. Questions: 1. I am getting pains around ribs region on left side (front & back) recently and also suffering from pain around left collar bone for a few months. Could these pains related to cervical spondylitis? 2. How to diagnose the pains are related to this? 3. Any sort of treatment available for the pains reported above? 4. Any treatment available for osteophytes? For the last 1 month I've had constant lightheadedness 24*7 with nausea. Since childhood I had an issue of dizziness and fainting. Lightheadedness was frequent but on and off. Now its constant. Never got it checked or diagnosed. Is it a cause of concern? What could be the causes for it?

I'm suffering from Lorodosis. I have consulted a general physician, after the xray, she has given me some medication. But this problem occurs to me once in a while and stays for 2 or 3 days and goes off automatically. But during these days, I cannot stand properly and even, pain will be there.

There are subtle flair hyperintensities noted involving bilateral basal ganglia is as thalamus. Subtle restricted diffusion is noted involving bilateral caudal nuclei. No obvious blooming noted on GRE.

I have gone through embolisation treatment recently 3 days ago. Doctors embolised the point of feeding artery @D11 (right) completely. And the point of feeding artery @ D8 (left) could be embolised upto 70% nearly which will be taken up for treatment in next phase. Now the problems are that I have sensosary loss upto 30% in the left part from D7 to D12-13. And while breathing I feel like compression on the same left part. How could the situations be improved please suggest? Thanks in advance.

Sir/Mam, I am suffering from severe and sometimes it goes heavy headache in different parts of my brain . I am facing this problem for 2 months. I don't have fever , nausea , weakness or anyother problems . My headache is one sided and sometimes it is in left side,sometimes right side /forehead /temple /back side / ear side . My vision is also good no any blur vision or double vision . I can sleep comfortably as I don't feel it when I am sleeping but whenever I am working or ealing or in any other action it groes up. I am much worried about it and about any tumor or any other brain dieses although I did not get any brain insury in my life but still I am worried. KINDLY HELP ME OUT. With Regards,

My brother is attacked with brain stroke and paralysed.he completed 1 year.now the problem is that finger moments are not there for both upper &lower limb.speech is some what improved,but not perfect.give any suggestions for this.
