Right sided headache
He complaints of on & off right sided headache above neck along with eye pain since 3 days. No neck pain or fever. Pain lasts for 1-2 hours and gets relieved on own. Visited ophthalmologist and was advised eye drops -Olapalat for 1 month.

I can understand your concern.
You can take a tab. Zerodol-p twice a day after food for 3 days.
Also, consult a MD consultant physician in person for further evaluation and management.
Do you have any itching sensation in your eyes?
Drink plenty of fluids.
