Post 2 years L5S1 surgery Mri shows disc bulge and curvature of spine. Pain in lower back left side and radiating down left leg in thigh and calf muscle. Unable to sit and walk for long. Started since last 2 months before was able to jog, exercise and do other activities normally with no pain or stress. Did some physiotherapy sessions with ultrasound electric impulse but did not help much. Will physiotherapy help as this is post microdiscectomy and the disc is blackish in the MRI not translucent as others.

Hello
Sorry to hear this.
Your symptoms have worsened since 2 months but your MRI is from June.
Please get a new MRI with contrast and consult a spine surgeon.
Thanks
