Brain and Spine Problems

Sir, my hands and legs keep on shaking regularly.Kindly suggest what should I do, how can I get rid of it

My father has history of right lower back pain with muscle stiffening of distal part of rt limb more after taking rest. MRI report is attached herewith. Whether surgical intervention is essential or it can be treated conservatively? What is the best possible treatment opsion for the condition? (I am a MBBS student. You can discuss it in Medical language also)

77 year old often has hiccups, becomes drowsy , balance and poor coordination and takes time to respond Recently did MRI brain has early stage of hydrocephalus with periventicular CSF seepage. Treated and cured for brain lymphoma during 2009. Gliosis is in right half of brain No lesion detected. CBC , sugar, pressure, pulse is normal Currently suggested drugs - Decadron for 3 days , Syndopa , quogress and Rexite

I have this lower back pain from last few days (somewhere near last bone of spinal cord around) got x ray done but it came normal. Hence dr given me 2 pain killers and one gas related medicine for a week. They are : 1) ACECLOFENAC & PARACETAMOL 2) CHYMORAL FORTE  (after food, breakfast and dinner) and Pantocid (before food for gas) And am applying volini as well. Is it above medication fine ??? Suggestions... Thanks Tejas

I'm not able to speak my mind out, words doesn't come out so fluently, listener usually feels unattractive to talk to me, cannot hold the talk for long..suddenly words in sentence stops and flow of thoughts and applying through speech is tough.. at times I do speak well but now lack self esteem and confidence. Visited psychologist but didn't did any help..no steady voice tone and clarity of words.. people often judge me as I always have loose talks.. pls help.. depressing all times and fear to talk to people .. don't know what kind of problem and which kind of doctor to visit and seek help..

Low back pain and bilateral leg pain mainly left following trauma one year ago. Xray shows there is a grade one fracture in L5S1 pars with listhesis.

My mom is going from headache in the forehead as well as backside of the brain. What can be the problem is it a minor problem or major problem and which dr should I consult ? Who is the specialist in this area ? Also plz consult if any one in Mulund or thane area.

My sister's been suffering from severe headache from the past four years, has been diagnosed for eyes, migraine nd various other possible diseases that can cause such headache but nothing specific has been yet detected or medicated for. From the previous one year, the headache is getting more severe and lasts for Atleast 2.5days in one stroke. Please suggest the possible cause nd its diagnosis.

I have been suffering from headache from 3-4 years. I will get headache regularly, 3 days in a week.The pain resides either at the temples or at the back or at the top of my brain. Its very severe that i cannot even sleep or do anything. For relief i used to apply zandu balm or oil to my head and try to sleep for sometime. Even if sleep the pain doesn't go. Kindly suggest me what can be done
