Brain and Spine Problems

I have had TIA at 19 yrs old and heart surgery PFO closure. I had surgery to repair ruptured achillies tendon. I also have scoliosis which causes lower back pain accompanied with sciatica to left leg. Today i expirienced pins amd needles on both arms and back of meck suddenly walking home which worries me because i had TIA in past its very scary thinking its happening again. Is this an emergency should i go to ER? Your professional opinion would be greatly appreciated. I also like to know on how i can get refered to pain specialist my sciatica has been flaring strongly recently and intense paralyzing pain. I am limited to pain medication thats over the counter because i have allergy to all NSAIDS, leaving me with just acetaminophen which is basically sugar pill for my pain. Help on either of two issues is needed Doc, please help

I am having back pain ,I recently underwent a surgery by taking spinal anesthesia last month 9th and still I am not able to sit for more than 1 hour I am getting back pain regularly I am worried abt this I am having my exams very next month , I said this to my doctor he said to consult a neurologist I just what to know where to go ,

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from a strange problem which occurs only during my daytime sleep (it never happens at night). While in the middle of sleep I feel that I should get up but my body seems unable to respond and in effect I raise my head slightly, tilt it sideways and then stretch it to one side so much that it starts trembling. All this happens when I am still asleep but I am conscious of all these happenings occuring involuntarily. When I get up I do not feel any complications except for light tiredness sometimes. This has started happening everyday. I was recently diagnosed as being vitamin B12 deficient (115) and I am on medication for it. I have also noticed that my hunger has increased excessively and if I don't eat on time I start feeling very lethargic. Doctor, please provide me detailed description of what you think my problem is. Can it be epilepsy or a sign of brain damage. I am very stressed and am looking forward for your reply. Thanks.

I am having periodic pain in neck and back of the head. It started around 15 days back. It feels like some hot gas ball is there in the head. I suspect it due to acidity. What should i do?

Today she experienced twisting of tongue a couple of times at different intervals . We went to general physician and he checked all the vitals and told us that everything was normal . He asked us to do a MRI or a CT . Should we consult a neurologist or not ?

Mother cannot sleep, feels dizzy, restless, constantly trying hard to sleep. She is awake till 4am, even in afternoon when she sleeps she is not in Sleep, she is still half awake.

I am thinking of getting married. I got a good proposal. But the guy has partial seizers. he takes encorate crono daily. Get seizers when someone wakes him one from sleep. Feel problems with flickering lights. It lasts for 10-15 secs. but he is can sense and feel during seizers. IS this type of epilepsy hereditary?

I met with an accident in darjeelin on 6th feb 2016.my right elbow got dislocated and after inspecting my body it was find out that i'm suffering from axonal i was brought to mumbai immediately via air ambulance with a dr i was unconcious during that time and i was been treated under your guidance and team. I opened my eyes after 20 days.my family said that i was comatose.once i reached home after 2 month of hospitalize i could see proper that was because of my weakness,that is proper now.my main Q is when i will be out of axonal injury.this injury dosnt allow me to walk properly (like a common man) dosnt allow me to write properly. And i cant remind of things if my parent are asking me to do this after an hour or two For e.g:- please do call your brother after 2 hour Please do help me with my Question as soon as possible. I'm in problem its been more than a year and i cant work because i'm a cinematographer.(i shoot travel shows)

Having headache since last 2 days. The pain increases in the night. Not able to sleep. Please help. Thanks.

I'm a 19 yo girl. I have headache since almost 2 yrs. It's getting worse with time. Its unbearable now. It's there the whole day but gets worse after sunset. Whole head hurts like crazy. Especially the forehead. Have breathing problems too. Feel giddy all the time. Darkness takes over when i get up or try to walk. Can't sleep at night. Very restless. Stressful and strange dreams. Get irritated with even slightest of noise. I feel cold even in summers. Confused all the time. Jumbles words while typing. Fumbles while talking. Nauseous and tired always. I get irritated and angry at everything. Going outside makes me feel head's gonna explode I have constipation. MRI of nose showed nasal septum deviation. Doc said surgery. Didn't get it done. WBC count is more. And ESR is a bit more. Doc said not to worry. i don't have thyroid, diabetes, no anaemia, nothing...all the tests done. tired of all this. Donno what's wrong with me. Pls help.
