Dr sir i have low back pain last 1 year. I do MRI L.S. report Defue disc L4-L5, L5-S1, pain i sitting position & walking in evening time

I have problem of backache I am a student.What kind of exercise would be good for me without affecting or aggravating my back.physiotherapist opinion please

I have been having headache for the past 20 days. There is more pain on the left side of ma head behind my ears. I was diagnosed to have sinus problem about 6 years back. It has never bothered me so much. But this time it's constant. Though I am taking medicines the pain has not reduced.

I am suffering from mild cervical stenosis .And this results in sciatica.Should I visit Neuo Physiotherapists or any Physiotherapists would do?

Respected sir/mam I recently ate Chinese food(spring roll) and now I am worried about cabbage worm. Is their any method to kill them if their eggs or they are present in my body before their action.

My spouse slipped and fell on the stairs a few days ago. She was unconscious for 4 hours before we found her and made her lie down. She does  not recollect having fallen. On closer examination she has a bruise and the back left side of her head. She also had a sharp pain on her back and bruising on her shoulders  to the fall. She likely hit herself there when she fell. Due to unconsciousness I'm worried so wondering if we have to get some scans [CT or MRI] done? Thanks
