Brain and Spine Problems

While outside, I was in the woods while crossing a very small and muddy stream when the unsuspectingly flimsy fallen tree I was using to get across snapped. I fell on my feet on the opposite bank barely out of the stream and a split second later, the tree snapped again and fell directly on my head. It was around 5 inches in diameter and around 4-5 feet long when it fell. After it hit my head, I had a moderate pain on my head, but it wasn't much like a headache, just a sharp pain. After feeling around the top of my head for a while, I found that it was bleeding to the extent my hair was matted with it and my hands were half surfaced with blood. In addition, I had depressing thoughts, such as I wouldn't mind if I died right now, which was extremely surprising. It is still bleeding a little now after 3 hours. I just wanted to know if my brain was injured at all. Thank you so much!

I was playing basketball guarding some guy and he somehow elbowed me hard to the upper left cheekbone in a narrow region. It didn't cause much swelling at all, just a very solid 1x1 or so dark black eye spot that 5 days later is still here, but it initially made my left side of my face instantly numb and my vision was very cross-eyed/strange. Then it got better after 20 minutes, but the area left of my left nostril and upper left lip is still about 50% numb. I looked online and this area is the ends of where the Maxilary nerve goes in two places (right where I feel numbness). Been a bit extra tired, and had minimal blood up my mouth the first three days (like post nasal drip), but that basically doesn't happen anymore. Otherwise I feel fine. How long should I expect this numbness to last? I have full motor skills and can even somewhat feel the numb areas it is just annoying mostly.

I have posterior small disc protrusion at l5s1 and minor degenerative disc disease .i cant stand more than 30 min ..and after prolonged sitting makes my pain more .. can this be cured by your treatment ?..

I am 28. I am having pins and needles in leg for the past 3 months.The symptoms increase from feet -> ankle -> calf->inner thighs. When I took the tablet nurokind LC for 3 months the symptoms got reduced to 80 percent. When i stop taking this medicine the symptoms increase. I have performed the below tests and all are normal. Please advice. 1.Sugar test-normal 2.thyroid- normal 3.Spine MRI - Lumbar region is normal 4.uric acid - Normal 5.RA factor - Normal 6.Blood pressure- Normal 7.Vitamin B12 - Normal 8.Vitamin D - normal 9.BMI - Normal Life style: active regular gym exercise 5 times a week and walking for >30 min daily. I regularly go to gym and this is my diet for the past two years 1. Regular chicken/fish atleaset thrice a week 2. Daily dry fruits - 30 grams 3. EGG- atleast ten per week 4. Banana - atleast one per daily 5. Milk - daily twice 6. Meals - morning & afternoon usually rice ,night- ragi ball 7.No junk Is it related to nerve or blood or blood vesel ? help

Since from the 6 months pains increases as i unable to walk for short as nerve compression which numbness , burning sensation etc unable to bent as i feel electric shock on thigh while bending . consulted Ortho doctor suggested for test for lumbar spine and found disc bulging or herinated disc at L4-S1 . lots of muscle relaxtion and nerve medicines taken but temporary relief .
