Brain and Spine Problems

My son has this syndrome.He has water in his brain.Does it need to be operated?What are we suggested to do?

I have left eyelid ptosis, developed since last July. Along with that i have hypersensitive left facial skin, with transient burning sensation near the edges of eyelid, lips. The left ear pulsates with high pitch sounds like car horn. Temple area has a strange sensation too. Along with that i have occasional pain down the entire left side - Neck, shoulder and arm pain and strange sensation on 2 fingers of left hand. I also get leg pain and nerve pain on little toe of left foot from time to time. MRI clear, RNST clear, ACHR clear. Trial of Distinon and Wysolone stopped after no offect in 3 months. Please can you help?

SIR I M A TUBERCULOMA PATIENT SINCE LAST 1 YEAR. I HAD AN ILL DEFINED HETEROGENEOUS CYSTIC LESIONS MEASEARING 34**27 MM IS SEEN RIGHT CEREBELLAR HEMISPHARE. MY DOC PRESCRIBE ME R CINEX, BROADBACT, COMBUTOL PYZINA,.BENADON ANd ALENTRA DSR. AFTER 3 MONTHS MY DOC STOPPED COMBUTOL...AFTER 5 MONTH PYZINA..IN LFT SCAN MY ALT INCREASED 344 AND AST 176. THEN HE STOPPED BROADBACT.AND ASK ME TO COME WITH LFT AND A MRI SCAN AFTER ONE MONTH. IN MRI MY LESION SIZE REDUCED 34**27 MM TO 20**18 MM. BUT AFTER STOPPING BROADBACT I was feeling seek FOR ALMOST 15 DAYS..STIFFNESS IN NECK...AND HEADCHE ON MY FRONATL HEAD..SOMETIMES UPPER TO RIGHT EYS AND SOME TIMES LEFT. I CONSULT MY DOC AND HE SAID ITS JUST A SEASONAL EFFECT. AND IN LFT HE SEEN THAT ALT IS STILL AT 244 AND AST IS 144 THEN HE STOPPED R-CINEX AND CONTINUE WITH solonex,benadon nd combutol... SIR my qus is r-cinex and broadbact working well on tb lesion...stopping r-cinex and broadbact will affect my recovery..???

I am 25 years old and I have been suffering from back pain since December2016 and in Feb 2017 it was diagnosed slip disc in l5s1and l3 l4 .I have very minimum leg pain and pain only limited to my hips area it feels like burning. What should I do .

I have been having headaches combined with pain in my eyes almost on a regular basis. The affected area is my forehead coupled with eyes. This happens at my workplace and sometimes the headache spreads to the entire head and turns into a severe one. I have seen seen many doctors on this issue. They suspected allergy being responsible.
