Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having tremors and body shaking. My hands and legs shake always. When I hold things they too shake and that is clearly visible. This is there always and I have never felt like it is not there. I have headache on the left side, numbness over that area, and sometimes I feel like electric shock in that area. I have balancing problem too, when I turn my head left/right, immediately I feel like falling/rotating. I have weak bones and muscles, which are causing me feeling like extremely weak. Sometimes suddenly my vision gets blurred. I started doing gym, but there also as I am feeling weak, I am not able to continue it. Strength is also very poor, when I twist hand, it makes me pain, same with other parts too. Vertigo like symptoms. I am 26y male. Please advise what this could be?

FIRST I FELL A PAIN IN MY NECK, THEN IT GOES DOWN TO MY LEG, LEG PAIN IS UNBEARABLE .SOME TIME I FELT A NUMBNESS IN MY HAND IT OCCURESOCCURS OCASSIONALY. AS PER REPORT SAYS MILD DEGENERATIVE CHANGES IN THE SPIN. HERE I AM ATTACHED MY MRI REPORT

My mother gets headache frequently .but only one side and another day get another side heavy pain and that time mother gets wamthings. Previously ct scan done for head but no problem .can u please suggest how to stop this problem.

As per the report there is degenerative desiccative changes in L5-S1 intervertebral discs in form of loss of T2 hyperintensity with asymmetric posterior disc bulge effacing the verntral epidural fat narrowing the bilatertal neural foramina with no signmificant nerve root compress

I have constant headache since last 2-3 weeks, I take some pain killer and it gets fine and then next day again same problem ,

He will become unconscious every fifteen n days from lost two months...we have done EEG and ct scan but it's normal...then what the reason I am not getting...it's not fits know?

Almost always feeling heaviness in right side of head, pain from right side head to back, specifically at right ear. Sometime also feeling uneasiness and fear.

Hi My father usually gets seziures once in 3 months which lasts for 15 mins. Recently after the sever 3 seziures in same day, he lost his memory. He is remember every one but he forgot all the incidents with the person's. 1.What can be done for the recovering the memory? 2. He is forgetting everything told to him every 15 mins, how can this be solved ?
