Brain and Spine Problems

I am suffering 5 to 6 moth dizziness , Weakness & neck paining problem please explain whats problem.

Have pain in back neck & full brain for last 2 days. While bowing down its very painful. Inside brain its feels like hammering and heaviness.

I have been in severe back pain since last 1 month with pain 24 hours. The pain starts from a point in the middle of the spine. Intensity varies and increases if I don't take rest. Even lying down doesn't help. And the pain starts from mid back and increases and spreads to lower hip pain and upper back as well.

Pain in left side of head. Dull pain from last 1-2 days Not taking any medicine Eye test and vision is ok recently got checked.

I have a thick mass, a stone kind of thing at back of my head. It is moveable. It's being there for since I was in school. It pains a bit only if I try to press it or move it here and there. What is it ? Is there anything serious about it ?

I have suffering heavy burning sensation in my upper back and in my both legs since last year I have already consultant neurosurgeon for treatment he was given medicen for 8 months iam used but not relief after Docter recommended MRI that report is mild disc bulge...docter says u have no need for surgery...and use medicen but not cured and after Docter recommended to ncv test that is a good... What is my problem.. Shouldn't diagnosed ...please tell me sir what I can do next..

Today i have consulted a doctore and he prescribed some medicines (naxdom 250mg and betacap tr 40mg) but my i not getting any relief.Doctor said when u have lain take 1 Naxdom 250mg tablet, but after gaking medicine i not getting any relief and my headache is becoming worse nd worse

My grand father has pain in his half left head since last year. Is this cause by ear's bcs he has problem in hear since last year ,the problem in his ear is lake of hearing.s o what should we do?

Last 4 days lower back pain very high .I have taken mobizox but not relief.but I sleeping position no pain
