Brain and Spine Problems

Its been 2 days...i feels dizziness whenever I move my head from one position to other..generally when I lift my head above..

Constant pain from the buttock through the leg. Previously , diagnosed with a gynaecological disorder , she underwent surgery. Prior to that, daily domestic work , other household work have been the reasons.

I am 30 years old, a central govt employee, and an amateur boxer. 2 months back I felt a pain in my neck area. I visited a doctor . He examined me and asked for Xray report. Next day he said I have cervical spondylosis as Xray report was showing there are tiny marginal osteophytes in my C4, C5 and C6. He Prescribed 15 days of Physiotherapy, Traction and exercise. 15 days are  almost over and I am still in same condition. If I walk or run my neck gets tired way too soon. I don't know when I can be normal again. Please help.

I have on top of my head in left side in small part like a dot feel different it's not pain that bother me but it's kind this part is colder than other parts and what should I do what is it ?

Last night my boyfriend hit me in the back of my head with his motorcycle helmet it almost knocked me out and instantly it started to sting and theres a lump its warm to the touch and i feel really dizzy and weird and i dont know if its causing my throat to feel sore or painful but my throat feels sore or i dont know how to explain it

My mother is having severe pain in the one side of head after every interval of 10 to 15 days. Pain becomes so strong that without medicine it feels like all the nerves will burst.. Please suggest something. This pain is most probably from about 2 years.

I do not feel fresh all time, something are going in brain when I am sleeping, I am suffering from headache

Not feeling gud,crying,helplessness,not doing anything,not happy,ringing in ears,feeling disconnected from everyone

I am able to remember anything I am forgetting all that things what I have learnt. If somebody tell to me for doing some work then after some time I forget it.i don't remember anything. please suggest me

My Father is a patient of Ischemic Change In Brain.He is taking ESLO 5,QUITIPIN 100,PREMIPEX 1MG,DEPLATT A 75.BP is 150/60.He is 75 years old.His both legs are getting swallowed.We are worried for this.Please advice.
