Brain and Spine Problems

I have been suffering from severe headache from last five to six years. please help me in this regard.

Six month back i was playing with my friend at tgat time i got a neck injury. After that i'm not able to move my neck for a month. Now neck pain starts again with severe headache. Please note that now there is no pain during neck movement. Pain is in upper side of neck

I have recurring headaches and nausea for the past few days. There is a sudden blind spot or a patch in my vision like an aura and it intensifies my headache and nausea. Too much light and sound also increases my headache. I am also unable to concentrate while talking and get confused.

"my mind thing a lot on very small things, which make me depressed. or you can say i am very sensitive. i.e if I did something wrong or someone said bad about me. it will remain in mind and suddenly make my mood sad. due to this problem my mood swing allot and i cant even concentrate on other works. i don't like if any one insult me it hurt me allot but it happened some time due to my mistake and some time due to misunderstanding. i have lost one of my best friend due to my mistake that is ok but still i am not able to forgot that movement, my mind always thing and ask question from me why you did this. there are some childhood memories are still in mind which make my mood swing. if any one tease me for a movement and i feel in that situation i not good i will make my headache. i would like to request you to kindly advise me to get myself out from this. due to this i am always very much confuse to take any decision. Sir, I have regularly headache... I feel heavy head.... And my skin, nose and face always have problem...Irregularly my body have to do pain

My father leg is not working smoothly and he is not standing normal condition. plz do suggestion for this problem.

Feeling stiff neck, unsteady gait, Drowsiness, poor responsiveness, seizures, loss of memory, loss of consciousness

My mother of 58 yrs old having vomiting and guidance and under gone ct scan of brain and medicine she is having sleep last 2 week and she said not able to lIft or hold any thing like earlier and she is not active like earlier and scan results is normal.sugar level 330. Left side lips getting senseless...doctor advised it will be OK after medicine...pls advice..is that OK or any specialist in have to consult

I went to canal for swimming in night on 20-May-16. There I had a fight and I was hit by a bamboo stick on my head (left side above ear). I was unconscious for a second and fell into the canal. I came out and found a bump on the head and little bleeding from my left ear. I consulted a doctor and had some medicines. I didn't went for some scanning or surgery because I was well, my body was responding well, no senselessness. One of the medicines I remember was MEGANERVE FORTE. Now after almost one year sometimes I feel some heaviness on my left side of head. A little sweet pain occasionally below the left year. Nothing except this. Do I need to consult a doctor and go for some scanning? Please advice.

I have been having difficulty with attention/focus at work. Its like i'm mostly distracted and sometimes when i've paid focus to a topic, i get into this zone where i dont feel anything except the issue. Its difficult to then even think of anything but the task. But generally my focus/attention is too fractured to allow me to work properly. I want to get myself checked for ADHD
