Brain and Spine Problems

I fall down on step in the month of November 2016 but at that time there was not so pain that's why I didn't take any medicine but from 22nd jan 2017 lower back pain start. I also done MRI on 22nd March in the report the problem shown between L4-L5 in spin

I have been having lower back pain for over 3 - 4 weeks. But since last few days it has gone from bad to worse. I have been taking pain killers and applying cream for reliving the pain. But it is not helping at all.

My wife having severe pain in neck and shoulder even she can't move.wearing neck coller shows some relif.b ut some times it becomes untorable.w hat to do please advise?

I am angry in small little thing and harm myself i can't control my anger some time with me and others i don't know why am angry like that i looose my anger and harm myself i dont understand what i do when m angry then i out of control and over dippresed n im thinking i want to kill myself i dont know why?

My dad is facing high sensitivity in legs at times. He is an auto driver by profession and when he drives auto, he complains about the sensitivity in legs and feet This is happening from a month or so. He consulted some doctor and it gave him relief for few days but the problem din't resolve. So, can you please guide me about the reason for the same and which doctor should i consult.

Heaviness in back of head and upper head while working on pc  light sensitivity, strain in eyes, eye floaters. Daily office work seems to be a burden.

When i go to bed and put my head on pillow or bed its feel like somthing is blocked in and pain around head start,i go to zym regularlly, so 4 days before when i was hitting shoulder, then after exercise i feel some strain in my neck(where neck ended and skull started back side), now it become difficult to sleep for me,i am not able to put my head on pillow on anywhere it start headache,and i can't move my head fastly its feel like more pain and somthing inside that striking inside. PLEASE GIVE ME SOME SUGGESTION

Hi Sir/Mam, 6 years ago, i was diagnosed with Epilepsy when i got first seizure attack. I was treated for 4 years but before the completion of treatment i gave up medications without any consent of doctor. And since september 2016 , i am getting seizure attack frequently (once or twice in 10-15 days). What should i do doctor?

I was rolling out of bed and i hit my right temple on my side table. my parents say it's nothing but my nurse says it might be something. the constant headache will not go away. i have also had a hard time processing thoughts completely in math class.

I have feel pain in whole body's nerve within 12 year and I have been taken lots of painkiller and other related medicine and also test of body like emri
