Brain and Spine Problems

My brother is feeling pain inside his head at top side. He told me that he feels pain like someone is heatinng his head with bat.. and he also told me that he feel pain continues but not seviour pain...

When i am taking a deep breath through left nose i feel a sharp pain in my nose first and then in back left side of my head and also i feel like my back head is little heavy as if something is there Please help me doctor m really tensed

When working on computers pain starts initially in the upper eyelids then forehead and after that on head. Reasons of migraine: Lights (in working days) Long sitting (in working days) Incomplete sleeps (once or twice a month) Alergy (when using hair colour then on the very next day migraine starts) If having migraine then bending the head front downside then migraine increases) If having migraine then sound also irritates)

My friend is having severe head ache from 2 days.she told me that she is having migraine problem and used the tablets previously which the doctor gave. The change noticed was vomiting stopped. Intensity of pain was mangaable. Occurrence increased like in months 5to 6 times.

I have had TIA at 19 yrs old and heart surgery PFO closure. I had surgery to repair ruptured achillies tendon. I also have scoliosis which causes lower back pain accompanied with sciatica to left leg. Today i expirienced pins amd needles on both arms and back of meck suddenly walking home which worries me because i had TIA in past its very scary thinking its happening again. Is this an emergency should i go to ER? Your professional opinion would be greatly appreciated. I also like to know on how i can get refered to pain specialist my sciatica has been flaring strongly recently and intense paralyzing pain. I am limited to pain medication thats over the counter because i have allergy to all NSAIDS, leaving me with just acetaminophen which is basically sugar pill for my pain.
