Brain and Spine Problems

Early degenerative spondylotic changes with posterocentral disc protrusion, bilateral ligamentum flavum hypertrophy and facetal anthropathy at L3-L4 level causing spinalcanal narrowing and indentation of bilateral exiting nerve roots.

Pain in lower back, centred around spine, for last 3 months. This pain occurred while jumping with little tilt backwards. Tried physiotherapy (8 sessions) of IFT and deep heat therapy but with no long lasting relief. Little relief but pain started again. Applied Move and did warm water massage for a long stretch but no results. Pain usually increases now days while excessive walking or physical activities.

I had hit by a ladder last week and some time it was pain on my left side of head, I want to know what kind of medical treatment I need

Hi , I wanna get a neuro opinion i have been to a neuro Psychiatry, they said it was anxiety, i had tests and its of abodomen and head, everything is normal, i hit my funny bone twice one day, since than i feel numbness in my last 2 fingers of left hand, but i think it has reduced, problem i am facing is when i put some kind of strain on my lower back like crunches etc i feel my back and abdomen is shaking, i feel like hot drops are pored on my head sometimes.i feel scared of some sounds, just today i felt popping like feeling on my right scalp. I also feel scared when i body produces unusual sounds.While i sleep at night sometime i feel my body shaking , the left hand index finger sometimes twitch towards thumb if i put stress on elbow.muscles just above knees twitch sometimes.And if i put weight on my left elbow my pinky finger goes numb very easily. I had a Lumber Spodyolisis , as i was coming back from gym , i felt instant weakness , and that scares me till date.

I have having strokes in the left side of my head. It is been only from last 20 days that I am having such an issue . The pain is unbearable and it lasts for 10-20mins max. After that it is normal . It is not a regular process and happens occasionally. I never had been facing such an issue before.

My mother has a CSF leak, it is coming from her right nose . ENT surgeon in the hospital is saying that it's better go for surgery. general medicine doctor and critical care doctor is saying that it is not an emergency care , lets take the third opinion from any other specialist(ENT/Neurologist) . so that we can proceed for weather to go for surgery or not. Right now, my mother is under medication for healing process and there is some improvement compared to the previous day. So i need a suggestion from someone weather to go for surgery(Endoscopic surgery) or not.

I've being having constant pain in nerves of my arms, back and shoulder leading to swelling since one week.

In MIR (Lumbosacral Spin with DSS) it has been detected that my dad is suffering from Spinal canal stenosis.

I have a headche (migraine), frequently it's coming when I roam outside, sometimes it's pains very hardly. Sometimes it's starts pain back side of head(brain), please any one suggest me to come out of this pain, I am ready to take treatment if it's required,

Feel stiffness in neck and shoulders due to which constantly having pain. Also, feel dizziness and vertigo while sleeping on left side.
