  4. Vertigo. balancec problem. Or upside.

Vertigo .. balancec problem...
From last 3 days I am having vertigo prob. I cannot walk properly, loosing my balance. Feeling heavy in neck portion. Vomited twice in the first day... eyes are feeling heavy. Left ear seems a bit blocked. I still have the same vertigo issue while looking straight or upside.
