Random back pain
My back pain is turning very severe. And i have to depend on pill daily. Right now m working in a call centre (night shift) and i am afraid if it would increase more.
My back pain is in the lower back and the pain often shifts its position.. To the upper back. Nowadays it has startes affecting the legs and the pain is unbearable.
I have visited doctors but the medicine given was just a pain killer .. And i guess it has worsen my condition and i am somewhat addicted to it..as i have to take it daily.. Please provide me with complete answers regarding the reason of pain and its recrification .. I urgently need some good solution for it. Its hampering my life like hell..
