Hello.... Wearing spectacles reduces headache if headche is associated with vision problem....headche  is associated symptom in sinusitis  commonly..  Consult  general physician  or ent  specialist  in nearest hospital....  Avoid cold weather, dust,  cold foods.  Take steam inhalation twice daily..
