Brain and Spine Problems

I have been having headache on the right side of my forehead. I feel as if nerves on the right side is pulling. For last 3-4 days it is happening. Also I am feeling too weakness because of that. I am getting frustrated and don't like to talk. My energy is completely down and it seems it takes too much strain for me to talk also because of this.

My head pain is very long days .I am used very medicines by doctors consulting but no any and no any benefits
