Brain and Spine Problems

I have been problem of headache and filling giddy from few month i want to check my ct scan head and ct scan pns report

There is a 4.4x3.4cm acute intraparenchymal hematoma centered in the left basal ganglia with dissection of blood into the bilateral lateral,third and fourth ventricles. Mild surrounding vasogenic edema is seen. There is middle shift of up to 0.5cm to the right. No hydrocephalus or enforcement of the basal cisterns is noted. No acute infarction seen

I m having right hand pain from shoulder n every time headache.As per my previous reports 1yr.back I have deficiency of vitamineD n my hb% is always low.In Nov.2016 I took injection to improve that hb n in Feb.it was 9.5%.after that I dint check so what will be the reason for my problem

Ive been having bad headaches that cause pain from the nape of my neck to the lower back half of my head on and off for a few months. When I get these headaches I also always get a fever around 99F. Because it's not constant and only happens around 3 times a week doctors are unsure. Any ideas? Thankyou- Liz

I've had a migraine history of more than 10 years. This time I've blurry vision and aura with colored patches, with a slight headache, along with fatigue and nausea. I'm currently taking sibelium 5 mg once daily. Still the problems continue.
