Brain and Spine Problems

My dad had a fall around 6 months ago with fracture of right hand phalanx and palm bones, which got healed but he developed involuntary shaking of his right hand which increases with tension. Currently, it has aggravated to the extent that he is unable to use his right hand properly.

We thought victims head has pain because of diebities(sugar) then we go for the doctor but doctor gives medicine and after that victim feel better for 2-3 days and then they feel again pain in his head .But in last 14 days victims head pains constantly so we admitt them in private hosp. Doctor says that victim will fine after treatment but vertigo
