Suffering from head Ache and Unrecognize

Asked for Male, 65 Years

Hi My Father has a small head injury and is suffering from head ache since two days. Aftr visiting a local doctor advised us for CT Scan..which showed there is a small blood clot of about 1.5cm... i am in dilemma now what should be done...he neither has any vomiting for bleeding.. Need assistance as he not able to speak or recognize properly.

Hopefully it may be small contusion then treat it conservative. But may be.. It seems to be chronic SDH which needs evacuation via one rupee diameter size two burr holes. Patient recovers within 3 days
