Brain and Spine Problems

I regularly have a headache during morning bowel movement. Sometimes I feel dizzy along with blurred vision and loss of balance. I generally also have a headache during the first meal after waking up. Had medical checkup in which everything was normal. My BP is 90/60. How can this be cured? Whom should I consult? Any immediate solution?

I have been having a strange feeling in my head and sudden bouts of dizziness for 5 days now. Got checked by a general physician and he says that my ears are clear, no vision issues. Was recommended Vertin 16 mg and it is not helping. I eat a very healthy diet. I am not able to exercise and carry out my daily activities. What should I do next?
