Brain and Spine Problems

Hello Doctor. I am Parveen 26 yr old. Few day ago i feel dizzy and fall down and remain senceless for one minute. Then my brother refer me hospital and there is normal body temperature and bp 110/70. Next day i feel dizzy and i feel i fall down now. Now i under treatment but there is no benefits and no recovery. When 1 falk 100 to 200 metter so

My age is 27Year(Male),Last few months i am facing issue regarding dizziness and vomit,On starting i take it normal,But every 10,15 days suddenly start Sweating,dizzying and after that vomit and condition get worse,Its start suddenly any time mostly in night or early morning.Please suggest me,Now i m serious about this is that anything serious.

Twichingg in the jaw left side of face and epilepsy of left side of face .this attack comes any time and i fill like left side of my face is parallised for some time

I have been suffering from headache on the skull I went for MRI & it's report is normal I'm suffering since 12 years

I have facing headache since 2 days. I took combiflame tablet. Due to which got relief for 4 hours only. and again it starts paining.

The headaches keep occuring in regular intervals. The pain is not acute but it is irritating and I cannot focus on anything.

My back constantly aches and I have sporadic muscle spasms accompanied by heat ( it's not limited to my back). When i walk my right leg goes numb like it's asleep but it's painful. I also have intense fatigue and dizziness that seems random. I also get migraines. What could be the cause?

My sister has inferior inclined broad based paracentral subligamentous protuded disc at L5/S1 level compressing ventral thecal sac md neutral exit foramina. Physiotherapy sometimes help in reducing the pain in her back and sometimes doesnt. Can u please suggest a good solution for this?? It would be kind if you can specify some good nerve specialist also in india??

Sir i had disc pblm from 7 years i hv done disc removal surgery last year, due to disc break blood circulation stopped in my right leg, and my leg some part is weak, and i m not comfortable to walking and running. sir please suggest me what should i do for it.
