Encephalomalacia in right occipito parietal region T lacunar intract Right lenti form nucleus and right thalamus Encephalomalaciac changes with surrounding gliosis in right occipitopariertal lobe old healed infract. Lacunar infract in right lenti form nucleus and right thalamus. Cerebral atrophy with periventricular and patchy deep white matter small vessels ischemic changes. Thrombosed and diffuse intimomedial thickening of left intrenal carotid arter
