Neck pain whole back pain last 6 month so heavy pain I consulted rheumatoid Dr .MD medicine no concern deasease

Hi Sir, My father is facing severe headache during night time, he cannot even sleep for 1 hour in the night, please tell me what would be the problem and do i need to consult any neurologist

I have been getting these blackouts that last 30 seconds, and happen from three to seven times daily for two years now. They start when I change positions and afterward they leave me with a throbbing pounding sensation at the base of my neck and back of my skull. I find something to hold on to when they happen My MRI is normal, set read that the left side of my brain is slower, and my spinal tab was 21. I also have myopia that suddenly increased after I started getting these blackouts.

I am in severe pain but the Doctors say nothing is wrong with me. I have disc protrusion at C6-C7 and AP is at 6.9mm. Is this something I should worry about? 2015 MRI:cerebellar tonsils mildly beaked not low lying,area in MRI is somewhat tight,cine flow study. MRA recommended to determine true Chiari Malformation. 2017 MRI/MRA: Cerebellar tonsils are low lying no evidence of Chiari. Borderline high riding left jugular bulb. Hypoplastic right A1 of anterior cerebral artery. Markedly hypoplastic right P1 segment of posterior cerebral artery. Is the 2015 MRI opposite results of 2017 MRI? Is any of this a concern specifically,markedly hypoplastic artery?

I've been having Headache from past few years and I went for CT brain plain yesterday in that report I found that "Partially empty sella". So what is that and is there any serious disease plz help me. THANQ

This morning i had a pain in my neck and shoulder and my boyfriend massaged it and he said he felt something pop now my right side of my face is numb is this normal could it be a pinched nerve?

I am a guitarist and i woke up about a month ago and my right hand felt unnatural and inaccurate. Can't seem to play the same with my right hand. There is no pain or sensation at all. My Mother was got abnormal seizure in May 11 2015. That was the initial seizure she got. Later on, she never got in last 2 years. But she used to get heavy headache and shivering. We consulted the doctor and using the medicines from last 2 years. but from last two months, she is getting the seizures regularly like once in a 4 weeks.
