Hit my head on the ground front on on Sunday, since then have been experiencing vertigo like symptoms - disoriented, dizziness, headaches, nausea, unsteadiness, tiredness. I cannot move my head in any direction quickly without nearly falling over. Feels as though someone is5 moving the ground from under my feet, room feels as if it is spinning when my eyes are closed. I went to kerela for 5 days on 3rd day at morning 4 am it's very cold outside at that time my hand strucked at the car door and I got severe pain due to cold at the same time i got very mild seizure and that is the first time.is it serious

My mother has had migraine since 2002. She was prescribed the trio of lexotanil ( sleeping pill), Excedrine, and a paracetamol. It used to affect her initially, She would feel better in a few minutes. Since a few years, the lexotanil has weakened her muscles. She is constantly in pain and takes the medicine multiple times a day and now even after heavy dosage of all these, she has had migraine for the past three days and is unaffected.

My father's right leg and hand shakes continously when its resting. Its been more than 2 years now and he has visited several doctors and has had MRI scans and everything else done but there is no treatment for this as such. I wanted to know can this be because of Parkinson disease? He walks, runs, does yoga and all other physical activities with no problems. Doesn't have any memory loss or anything of that sort. He has started to limp a little bit because of the leg shivering. Earlier his hand was fine but now the right hand has also started to shiver. Its been almost 2 years now. Please advise.
