Brain and Spine Problems

Hi Dr. I feel some dizziness after eating olive I am also migraine patient. Can you help me plz. I already consult with other Dr. But no one gave me better medicine

I have been having a problem of losing balance when walking and walking slope or stares becomes a challenge

I am suffering from depression and panic attacks and bulimia kindly sugesst me medication and what to do

I am 15 and the er found a brain lesion. I was wondering the odds of me getting one and the likelyhood of it being dangerous even if it wasn't what are the odds of the doctors suggesting it would be removed?
