Loss of normal lumbar lordosis 1st Degree Spondylolisthesis of L4 vertebral body with suspicion of spondylolysis at the same vertebra seemn Osteophyte at D12 to L5 vertebrae seen

Numbness in left side of face since last 15 days. Also slight headache. Its not severe.

On 13/10/2017 I was assaulted. As a result of the assault I suffered concussion. I have no memory of the assault, or the time period around the assault (approximately 20 minutes) Can you please tell me why is this, and if I will likely regain this memory?
