While sleeping afternoon my hand are pain like numbness. This is happening only afternoon sleeping not night. What is the problem?

MR Study reveals straightening of cervical spine. Mild diffuse disc bulge is seen at c3- c4 and c4 - c5 levels causing indentation on the subarachnoid space. No evidence of bilateral neural foremen compression.

Hi I'm a 38 year male. Last year on 31st dec, I suffered a head injury due to which I was hospitalized for 2 weeks. Doctor suggested that ni surgery was required and the clot would dissolve over the period of time. Also, I was advised to take epsolin er 300 for a whole year, which I followed. My only concern is that as I've completed the advised course for the medication now, can I just simply stop consuming the medication or is there a proper procedure to come out of the cycle. Please advise

Hi. It's 6 in the morning and I haven't slept and am exhausted. Every time I reach the transition to sleep, I either spasm or my limps involuntarly move. This has happened over 10 times tonight already. It ranges from small twitch to literally my arms spasming or lifting up. This has happened repeatedly. I am really freaked out, exhausted and don't know what to do..

I've had headache for 4 days. It felt like there was tension building up in my forehead and up. Sometimes the back of my eyes hurt. 2 days ago, I started getting dizzy and nauseaus everytime I move so sudden. When I focus on something too much, it feels like the whole world is shaking, I get dizzy too. Everytime I wake up, even with 8hrs sleep, my head still hurts. Idk what's wrong please help me.
