Pain in both the hands with frequent numbness. Left one is more prone to pain and discomfort as compared to the right hand

this can be due to cervical compression or a carpal tunnel syndrome as well
Next Steps
you should get an mri of the cervical spine & get a NCV ? EMG of the upper limbs>> this will help us reach a conclusion and plan your treatment..also get her blood sugar levels done as well
Health Tips
do not go for a massage or neck exercises till we reach a diagnosis as it may do more harm than good
