Brain and Spine Problems

I have been suffering from cervicogenic Headache and neck pain for the past 4 months. I went for CT scan and MRI but all showing normal. So far allopathic medicines are failed in showing any recovery. Also I have been doing exercises after consultation from physiothepist, but it is also not helpful. I bought a traction kit for neck but it is still paining persistently. The pain is in sub occipital area. I am having a sound sleep every night with normal bp. Please suggest what to do now

My mother had a stroke 4 month earlier with a big i infarct in left side brain after that improvement goes normally . today suddenly she got shivering and tightness in her left side body (uneffected limbs) with face . What could be the possible reasons for this

I am suffering from sciatica pain after consulting a doctor and checkup (MRI) it was found disk herniation at my L5 S1 back. doctor suggested me for surgery but i and mt family dosen't want surgery. i want to ask that is there any other way to cure this prob.
