Brain and Spine Problems

Hi doctor I have a problem in my brain and I have to do a lumbar puncure but I didn't understand what it is. Can you explain me? does it hurt? how long will it take it? I am scared of needles what can I do?

My 13 years old brother had a Brain AVM (arteriovenous malformation) which caused Bleeding in the Left Hemisphere (hemorrhage) and he's been in a coma for a month now he has a pneumonia and rash on the skin also he has no pupil reflexses is there any chance he will wake up?

My 11 month old grandaughter tumbled down 4 carpeted stairs two years ago. Totally my fault. I thought the gate was latched when I got the mail. Doctor said she was fine. I took her back for recheck 2 and 3 weeks later and they said she was fine. No concussion or bleed.. I'm scared. I read so much on Google that it scares me. My mom resently got paralyzed after a blood clot in brain, her right body got paralyzed , now she is recovering and her leg and face is now OK, but right arm and hand is still paralyzed. Now yesterday she was fainting her jaw became stiff tight and eyes wide open hand also become stiff . we were not able to open the jaw so what should we do when she faint again like this as it is 2nd time it happened to her.

Hello respected doctor I am vishal from India Gujarat My father(age52) had a brain stroke from last five years and he was totally on bed rest still this day. They are watching by eyes easily. They can't speech,walking and can't swallowing any food.(i was giving food by PEG tube at regular interval of 3 hour) I know they are very strong but how to survive in this condition. Right side of the hand can't work. He is very strong mentally and remember every moment of past. But they can't walking.

What's the cost, treatment and recovery time and success of restoration of cauda syndrome? And complications of surgery?
