Hi , I am experiencing throbbing sensation since a month on left side of head near eye..I have been through lot of stress lately and this sensation is not allowing me to sleep or work. Any advice how to fix it.

Dear Doctor I have been taking treatment for epilepsy and on tablets with encorate chrono 500mg for last 10 years. I was advised to stop the medicine after 10 years of treatment, but within a span of 1 year I have encountered the another epilepsy event. I have been continuing with the same medicine as advised by the doctor again. A recent visit with cardiologist advised me to have the medications changed. Need advise on the following issue. I am a 40yr old male. Following is my medical condition and medication I am on: Diagnosed for Cluster Headaches and mild depression 9 years back. Having hypothyroidism too. I have been prescribed following medication : Thyronorm 125+12.5mcg for thyroidism Escitalopram 10mg & Gabapentin 300mg once a day for Cluster Headaches. My headache is controlled with this medication. I am already taking Gabapentin for last 9 years and Escitalopram for last three years. How long can I use this medication?

I suffer from regular migraines and headaches and take painkillers and sumatriptan almost daily. My GP has suggested I try either antidepressants, anti epilepsy or beta blockers to relieve my problem. I’m very reluctant to take any of the 3 as I’m scared of the side effects, I also have low blood pressure and worried it may make it worse, I’ve tried natural alternatives(chiropractor, cranial massage, herbal tablets) to no avail and am getting desperate now as the quality of my life is pretty bad

Highly effective migraine. Needs consultation to get rid from this or at least better solution to help me in my daily routine.
