Lap cholecystectomy is advised
CT findings reveal focal poorly defined low attenuation areas in right frontal and parietal lobe - may represent small granulomas and need further evaluation with contrast MRI/CT. No other obvious intracranial abnormality is seen. No evidence of any parenchymal calcification.
