Brain and Spine Problems

My head is paing a lot , specially the top portion , and I just checked my BP from a small clinic near , as the doctor wasn't available , she it is 140-180, what doesn't that means

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from migraine headache since my senior school days. I tried treatment options of Allopathy, Homeopathy and Ayurveda, and there was a temporary relief when i was taking a course. But unfortunately none of the treatments could not reduce my migraine headache completely. My migraine headache has become so chronic nowadays that it seriously affects my daily routine - I get 2 attacks in a week now. And every time I take pain killers like Combiflam ( Paracetamol doesn't work these days). I have altered my life style and food habits but that helps only to am minimal extent. Is there a treatment course that will completely cure my migraine headache. Please advise. Thanks

I am a 17 year old female and I’ve been having problems with my sciatic nerve (I am certain this is the pain I have) for about 2 1/2 months. What kind of doctor should I go to to get this checked out, what are possible causes, and what would be the course of action to rid me of this annoying pain?

I fell down from bike last 15 day back that time I have 2 bumps on my head right side . After 10 days its came to normal but small bumps are there and its paining when I toched that . That time onwards little bit headache also there. which doctor I have to contact for this ?

I hear sound whenever sit or stand in ears. Pls help. It lasts for seconds and again after some times it comes .

Hi i have it my head on the top pretty hard. i have a little bump but no severe headache. i have applied some ice and other than that i dont seem to have any symptoms of a concussion. is it safe for me to go to sleep.

For almost two months, I have had migraines, weakness, pins, and needles or numbness/tingling. The pain is so bad everywhere. from my stomach to my neck. also, I get these really really bad shocks in my neck. like a rubber band broke in my neck and created a spark. the tinglings and all that is usually in my hands, feet, and face, but sometimes it is in my whole body and I feel as if I cannot move. please help
