Can any one suggest me best treatment for disc prolapse and endoscopic surgery for spine is there any side effects

Actully my left side of body is felling numb n my tounge n lips are getting very tingly n numbess ..i even feel dat my lips are getting to left side ..

I am getting random symptomps like head pressure on both sides ,its like someone squeezing my head and below ears , sometimes feels numbness in head ,tension in neck and scalf,pins and needles on chest,back, below chest and sometimes below waist and numbness in fingers also sometimes pinches in eyes just above eyebrows and below eyes . These symptoms are very random and occurs on both side but mostly right.. It does not last longer but i feel it everyday. I have dry eyes.please advise

My father is suffering with cervical spondologsis since last month.we took the MRI.doctor told that c5-c6 Nerve is compressed.doctor suggested for surgery.but his age 56yeras.is this age is good for surgery?or is there other way to diagnose this.please advise me.

Sir I'm 31 years male.Having dizziness all the time by sitting or walking.specicaly bending body forward.I do cervical and lumber spondylosis yoga exercises everyday but dizziness makes my life in hell. I do have cervical and lumber osteophyes in MRI report dated back on 2014.Recent x-ray report shows no degeneration in cervical but fill dizzy since the end of 2015 and its counting. Though I little pain in back and neck which usually go away by exercises. Pls help me.

Hello! I am 15 years old. For the last week, I've had constant headaches around the front of my head. I have not had a cold or anything. I've been thinking it could be stress related but I'm not sure.I have also been trying a different medicine every day to see if that helps but nothing does. I normally get the worst headaches when I am at school/doing homework and I notice it worse at night. I am wondering what could be causing these nonstop headaches and what I can do to help.
