After cva stroke with imbalance of sodium level swollen hand and feet and stomach stiffness in muscles what to do now

Hi doctor, I'm a 26 year old female and 5years back i did a CTC scan and they found mild cortical atrophy. my doctor told me that i should just ignore it as it is not serious but i cant because I'm loosing my memory, i forget things especially when it comes to my studies. please help me

I have fainted 5 times. All but one of the instances occurred after a light injury to my hand (such as a burn, getting my hand stuck in something, etc). I might be remembering incorrectly but I think it's only my left hand. When I hurt my hand, after a few minutes I start feeling woosy, my vision gets dark around the edges, I can't hear and then I wake up on the floor. Is there anything I can do about this? Is it a sign of something worse? Do I just have a sensitivity to shock?

Since a year I have frequent headache on and off.Now from last month I am suffering from severe headache,neck and shoulder pain right side.Sometimes pain occurs in full right hand and I can't bear.Last week I did MRI of brain and cervical spine.Also did CT scan of brain.Brain report of MRI and CT scan shows all normal but report of Cervical spine having conclusion : Minimal focal posterocentral protrusion of C5/6 disc and dessication with mild diffuse annular bulge of L4/5 disc. Please help me

Hi its me Rogina my age is 19. I cant sleep well at night i can sleep when i am tired at day time but when I am not i cant sleep. I cant sleep whole night and if i got time at day time i rarely sleep 2 to 3 hrs. Sometime in morning when i am walking towards college i see blur and sometimes difficult to breathe . Now i sometimes got pain inside my nerve for short second and its gone again. There was only 2 tym i got faint and 1 tym nose bleeding in whole this year.

I have been having a pain in my both the eyes from last 1.5- 2 years, also i am diagnosed with right cp angle epidermoid cyst . i have been suffering from this eye pain even before the diagnosis of epidermoid cyst, which was diagnosed after i was fall down two times in epilepsy. Can the cyst be a reason for eye pain, i use spectacles and have tested my eyes recently for any issue but the eye specialist sain that my eyes are perfectly all right except some dryness. Please help how can i getrid

I am having pain in my left neck portion and severe pain in my toes and nearby leg fingers . Also facing pain in finger tips of hands. . Redness in fingers Headache also there and feels like some fluid is moving in top of my head.

My wife had a brain bleed stroke in 2008 she better physically some but not mentaly somedays she acts almost normal and somedays she acts mental she always asking for things walking around and bugging you bad enough to get on your nerves what i like to know is there any treatment or anything that can make her close to act like she was before they say she has dementia shes taking medicine but doesn't seem to really help trying anything or will i have to but her in a home eventually shes only 59 a

I am suffering from a disability Symptoms of my disability are_ Not able to walk properly Not able to Run Eyes Closing Later i can't stand While crossing the road i feel like my legs are Jammed/Blocked & feeling very nervous & Excessive sweating I can't wear slippers because i am unable to feel sensation of slippers. This problem started 5years ago when i felt dawn on floor while tooking water to home! when i felt dawn i haven't get injured or serious hurt after taking 10min rest i feel everything is fine but after that 10days i feel weakness in my legs and after sometime i was not able to stand/walk. After consultation with neurologist 3Times MRI scan done 5Blood tests are done 2xra's are done however nothing was out in reports everything is showing normal so why i was not able to walk properly?? just only their guess was may be it's vitamin deficiency of spinal cord from neck! Even doctor said i can't assure you that you will be able to walk properly! please help me sir!
