Brain and Spine Problems

Hi doctor This is shruthi residing in nashik. I am not able to sleep from past 4 days. I sleep for 3-4 hours. But after I wake up, I feel as if I have not slept at all. Please advise me to have a sound sleep. I am going insane without sleep. My eyes have turn red.

I have been haveing leg pain from the past 4 moths its from the back to d front of the leg till the toes its a stinging pain

My mom do as mental type mins short term memory lose she is not responce me any other work she us not work done properly

Before 6 months i have migraine attacks left side and i have consult doctor he has taken mri scan and another brain ecg and prescribed, Tab sibelium 10mg, vasograin, naxdom 500,inderal 40 After completing course the migraine attacks has stoped, Before 4 days i have travelled and again started migraine attacks cause of high music and force fully air didn't slept from two nights, So again i have taken same medicines from two days but didn't effecting the medicines, Please help and do needful

Not able to keep feet on ground and fingers on leg are numb and weak . Irritating sensation in fingers in feet

I am suffering from tuberculoma in the brain and it started with numbness initially after three months the numbness increases (suddenly) instead of decreasing. What could be the reason? What should I do? Is it normal? Suggestions appreciated!

Dear Doctor, My Mother is 56 years Old , She is feeding humming, droning, rumbling, throbbing, or vibrating-like sound in her head.Simply she says "I feel airplane take off sounds in my head". This problem is continued for about 4 years. She has visited many doctors.Her all medical tests are clear (No disease).When she use a LALAP tablet than feel relax for a few hours but again start.She uses it for a long time.Please help to suggest us some treatment
