Brain and Spine Problems

I have been taking 27mg of Concerta for the past 6 days. It has not improved my symptoms of ADHD and instead has made me feel sick. Every day, a few hours after taking the medication I begin to feel nauseous, tired, dizzy, my head feels heavy, and I also feel blue and dead all the time. I'm not sure if this is the right medication for me and I'm not sure what I should do. My doctor is not available until after the weekend.

Hello my friebd aged 20 has been recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia because he had body pains. My son is suffering from epilepsy seizure Nd he had 07 episode since Nov 16. He is put onValparin 300 tablet, dalus syrup(piracetam), levinxt syrup ( levetiracetam). He had history of seizure on long intervels as 2-5 months. But recently he had 02 episode in 10 days. He has almost normal mental apprach but he has problems of muscle tightness.

My father is unable to move his left leg and it starts from foot and it went up and he is not able to walk and now his left hand paining. He gone through all MRI test like head, neck, lower back and leg and everything is showing normal. Please suggest me Thank you
