Brain and Spine Problems

I feel that after a certain limit, my mind does not work. No matter how much i study or work, after a certain point it does not perform well. I am MBA aspirant and want to do well at my exams like in CAT .. i wanna study in IIMs but i feel like i am not capable because of my brain. is there any solution to my problem. Also, i am not able to memorize things well. i need to word 4-5 times harder than my friends.I dont remember anything well that i read.

Hello My younger brother is 26 year old , and he has got meningitis 4 times till now. Last time he was 20 year ,after 5 year he again suffered from meningitis .He was treated with antibiotics and got better.Doctors conducted every test but not able to find out the root cause. He was given The pneumococcal polysaccharide vaccine , That time doctoer if required he can take again. Please let me know where he can be taken to find out the root cause.

I am suffering from epilepsy, an acute one. But severe in sense that my eyes flicker prolonged when comes in contact with sunlight or any kind of extra light. And during my eye flickering time, My body do not responds properly, as in a state of shock. Its duration vary from 1-3 seconds. I am a regular user of medicine LEVIPIL 500mg three times a day. I heard about DXN Spirulina, Ganocelium & Reishi Gano. Will they function better than Levipil? Or I can take both medicines simultaneously?
