Swollen both side SCM, tremors in body
From past three months, I am suffering from a mysterious problem and no doctor could diagnose it. I have swelling on both sides of my neck with tremors in hands and body, with muscle twitches. The first episode happened three months back In Right Sternocleidomastoid (One Inch above the collarbone), which leads to symptoms like: - Started with irritation and sharp pain for just a few minutes, never returned. - During Initial days(1-20) with massive swelling, pressure like feeling, no pain, sweating, and fever. - Days(20-90) Feeling of small lesion behind the swelling point, tremors in hands and body, and muscle twitch The second episode started five days ago, with swelling starting in the top left SCM behind my ear: - started with sharp needle like pain along the back of my ear for few minutes, never returned. - Feeling pressure on my whole SCM due to swelling. - Swelling is non-tender with mild damp pain. - tremors in hands, leg, and face, muscle twitches.
